Combine 1 can of coconut milk and 2 cups water and bring to a boil. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Add sago,gabi, and bilo-bilo and cook until half-cooked. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Add kamote, plaintain and langka ang sugar and continue cooking. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Add the other can of coconut milk and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Set aside. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saute garlic and onion then add groud pork, carrots and add salt and pepper to taste. When done, stuff the ampalaya with the ground pork and coat with the beaten egg. Stir in the pork or anchovies. Then, put the banana heart. Stir a little more. Now, add the vinegar, salt and a dash of pepper. Add milk and water. Mix until smooth. Fill prepared cups 2/3 full and steam  for 20 minutes.
